​​​​Our client is is one of the world’s largest global providers of test and assembly services for a wide range of semiconductor devices. It seeks to reduce the water footprint of its manufacturing operations and the cost of its water supply.
Our team designed and implemented a 450 m3/day system that recycles wastewater from production for reuse. The system comprised of Chemical-Enhanced Pre-Treatment, Silicon Carbide Membrane Filtration and High-recovery Reverse Osmosis modules.
The result is that 90% wastewater is recovered with Conductivity consistently below 150 um/cm for feeding into Ultra Pure Water production and cooling tower makeup.
